Riverside Village is a 41,500 SF, three building complex with 24 residential apartments spread out above 3 ground floor core + shell retail spaces connected by landscaped courtyards and adjacent to a single family residential neighborhood developed by the same owners. Located on a major entrance corridor and subject to the county’s Architectural Review Board, the materials and form of the structures alludes to buildings found in the agricultural landscape surrounding the site while also reflecting the context and character of the low-density residential neighborhood next door.

This project earned the 2019 Jeffie Award from the local chapter of the Urban Land Institute for ‘Best New Commercial Project’.
